- All items are made with premium materials and inspected before delivery.
- Slight variations in design or stone placement may occur due to handcrafted detailing, making each piece unique.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All product prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
- We accept payments via bank transfers, online payment gateways, and select digital wallets.
- Full payment must be received before processing and shipping.
4. Orders & Custom Pieces
- Orders can be placed via our website, official email, or verified social media platforms.
- For customized jewelry, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required before production begins.
- Custom orders may take 7–21 business days depending on the design. Clients will be updated throughout the process.
- Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or altered.
5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Return, Exchange & Refunds
due to hygiene and quality assurance we do not offer refunds or returns, except in cases where:
- The item was damaged upon arrival
- The wrong product was delivered
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email with clear photos of the item.
we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, personalized or engraved jewelry.
